1. When Can I Expect My Magazines to Arrive?
Usually it takes 8 to 10 weeks to receive your first issue. The actual lead time to your first issue is determined by each publisher. Why does it take so long for your subscription to star? Once we receive your order, it takes one-to-two weeks for the publisher to process your order. Your magazine subscription then enters the publisher's fulfillment system and is processed for mailing with the next earliest issue. As a result 8-10 weeks may elapse before you receive your issue: If you place your order in January, the February issue has been already sent out by second class mail or has been prepared for mailing. So your subscription is then added to the next mailing cycle, the March issue which is sent out by the publisher in late February or early March and received by you approximately one week later. Based on our experience of working with multiple publishers, you should expect to receive your weekly and monthly publications 8-10 weeks, and possibly longer for quarterly and semi-annual publications.

2. I want to place a large order for my business/employees/customers. How can you help?
We are well equipped to handle large orders. Whether you are ordering many different magazines for your business or company or many subscriptions to a few titles we can help. If all publications are being shipped to one address, you can conveniently place the order on our web site. If you have a list of people to whom you want magazine subscriptions to go, you can email or fax to us this address list and instructions (who gets what subscriptions). We will take care of the rest. 3. I want to change mailing address.
You can change your shipping address by filling the form on the customer service page. Once you update the shipping address all the magazines that are currently being shipped to that address will be shipped to the new address that you provided.

4. Can I renew my subscriptions?
Yes. Please when placing a renewal order, enter your name and mailing information exactly as they appear on your mailing label by filling the form on the custo mer service page.

5. Gift Orders: FAQ
If you are placing a gift order, please mention so and you may include an optional brief message to the receipient in the "Comments" box during the check-out. If you forgot to mention this you may contact us at customer@meme2magzine.com and we will take care of the rest. Usually the first issue will be delivered within 4-10 weeks, depending on the publication. We do not determine how fast it will be delivered. Publishers have their own "lag" times and it varies from publisher to publisher. If you are placing a gift order, we usually send a gift card to the gift recipient informing them that they received a magazine subscription as gift. This card includes such information as when to expect the first issue, tbe name of the magazine, who gave the gift (including name and address) and our customer service contact information.

6. Do you ship to institutions, places of incarceration?
Yes, we do ship orders to offices, medical institutions, prisons and jails in the United States. Note, that all mail is checked by the prison/jail personnel and they may refuse certain items. We are not responsible for any detained issues of magazines. To order, simply enter all the required shipping information in our order form, including the identification numbers that are required for delivery.

7. Do you ship outside the US?
Yes, we ship outside the US. Delivery is available worldwide for most publications. We accept payments by check, credit cards and Bank Transfer. please send an e-mail to customer@meme2magzine.com

8. Do you ship Canada?
Yes, we deliver to Canada.

9. What Payment Options to you accept?
We accept the following payment options.

Paying By Credit Card, Debit Card or Corporate Purchasing Card:
We accept American Express, Discover, Visa, MasterCard. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. We also accept bank, debit and check cards that have Visa or Mastercard logo on them.

Paying By Check or Money Order :
If you're paying with a Check or Money Order. Once you complete a checkout process and you select Pay by Check option you will be given an invoice with unique order number. Please send us your check or money order. Please make sure that your name and the order number that you will see on you confirmation page is written on the check.

Paying By Purchase Order:
If your company uses purchase orders or requisitions, place your order via our web site. Click on "Pay by Check" when you are asked to choose payment method. This will create an account in our system and will allow you to print an invoice. You may use the invoice as a purchase requisition/order.

Paying By Bank Transfer:
If you are paying by Bank Transfer, please place your order online and select "Pay by Check" option. Once your order has been placed, please contact our customer service for Bank Transfer instructions. Please include your invoice number with your bank transfer information so that we can apply your payment to your order.

10. How do I change delivery address for my magazine subscriptions?
Currently, you can change delivery (shipping) address for your subscriptions only if you purchased your subscriptions through our company.

Please follow these easy steps to modify your shipping address. Please note that it may take 6-8 weeks for change to take effect.

1. Log-in to your account online using your email and password. If you have forgotten your password, request a password reminder. Fill the form on our customer service page or contact our customer service at customer@meme2magzine.com

11. Cancellations and Refunds
Acclaim Subscriptions is bound by refund policies of publishers of respective publications. Acclaim Subscriptions will offer pro-rated refund for cancellations where available as per publisher policies. Claims for non-delivered items must be made within 90 days of order and no later than 120 days of order; refunds will not be processed if Acclaim Subscriptions was not informed of non-delivery within 120 days of order. In no event shall Acclaim Subscriptions be liable for refund for cancelled or non-delivered copies when the policies of publisher of respective publications do not issue or allow refund. Processing and special order fees are non-refundable.
